SUPRA Student Formula is organised by SAE India. For the event we have to build an open wheel race vehicle. I was in charge of the engine and the aerodynamics department. For the engine i had to design and optimize the air intake. I 3d printed the intake with ABS filament which helped us to reduce the weight and also was easy to manufacture. 

For the aerodynamics,various 3D models were made and CFD analysis was performed. The body of the vehicle was made with FRP which helped us to keep the weight minimum and provided enough strength. Various Aero parts which were initially designed  could't see the light of the day due to time and budget constraint.
